Jenny Reeger
Executive Director
Jenny came to Lubbock in 2005 to attend Lubbock Christian University where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. She met her husband Luke in 2010 - They married in 2011 and have been married for 12 years. They have three children - Jude (9), Josie (6), and Jack (1).
Jenny has experience in the non-profit world through her time at the faith-based Partridge Medical Clinic as the Director of Communications for over 3 years. It was her time at Partridge that led her to be aware of the need for maternity housing.
From 2016-2021, Jenny operated and managed a graphic and interior design business. She and Luke flipped multiple homes, including a large scale AirBnB.
In April of 2021, the Lord placed the need of maternity housing back on her heart and she began to plan a non-profit which is now called Heritage House - a place for single pregnant women needing housing, a stable support system, and essential life resources. Heritage House opened in the fall of 2021 and began housing residents in May 2024.
Lauren Smith
Office Manager
Lauren graduated from Texas Tech in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. While attending Texas Tech, Lauren met her husband Ryan. They have been married for two years and plan to stay in the Lubbock area to raise a family. She enjoys spending time outside with Ryan or reading a good book. Lauren is excited to serve at Heritage House to help provide the support needed for pregnant women in our community.

Luke Reeger
Board Chairman
Luke works in the Facilities, Planning, & Construction Department for the Texas Tech University System and has been there since 2013. He has a background in graphic design, marketing, and software management. Luke is a Lubbock native and graduate of Lubbock Christian University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Visual Design and Communication. Luke and his wife, Jenny, have three children - Jude (9), Josie (6), and Jack (1). Luke and Jenny founded Heritage House in 2021 and he has remained very involved to help establish the ministry.
Josh Wilson
Vice Chairman
Josh is married to his with, Brenna Wilson. They have been married for 10 years and have 2 children: Knox (8) and Mia Belle (5). Josh is a Petroleum Landman and has been in the Oil & Gas industry for the last 11 years. He graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio in 2009 with a degree in Economics. When asked why he was passionate about serving at Heritage House, Josh said “I am passionate about serving at Heritage House because the Kingdom of Heaven is here and we have been commissioned to not only serve our own interests, but that of others. I can’t think of a better mission field than the one Heritage House has stepped into.”
Macy Skipworth
Secretary
Dr. Macy Skipworth was born and raised in Lubbock, and she is blessed that her family still calls Lubbock home. Macy received her bachelor's degree from Lubbock Christian University and her master's and doctoral degrees from Texas Tech University. Macy planned on spending her career in the college classroom as an English professor, but the Lord led her path to the corporate tech industry. Macy currently works as a Learning Experience Designer for Amazon Web Services. Macy's husband Brendan is a science teacher at Shallowater High School. Brendan and Macy have two amazing children: Lilly (9) and Cohen (7). When asked why she is passionate about serving at Heritage House, Macy said. “ I am so blessed to be a part of Heritage House's mission. I am looking forward to loving, supporting, and listening to the women that come through Heritage's doors.”
Sean Monroe
Treasurer
Sean graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 2010 where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. Since then, he has worked at Assist, Inc. where he provides tax planning and preparation for Ministers, Missionaries, and Churches. Sean is married to Lauren, who is a local farmer. They have two children, Everette and Everly. When not in the office, Sean enjoys spending his time with family, being outdoors, and competing in triathlons. The Monroe family is passionate about helping others and supporting Heritage House with their mission.

Sheryl Gonzales
Council Member
Sheryl has been married for 35 years and has two sons, ages 31 and 26. Professionally, Sheryl served as a critical care nurse for 20 years. After many years as a critical care nurse, Sheryl learned how abortions were performed through education and research and her heart broke for the unborn and for their mothers. She became active in many organizations supporting pregnant women. In addition to serving at Heritage House, Sheryl serves on the Advisory Board at Partridge Pregnancy Center, the Nurturing Center Board, and is actively involved with Project Destiny Texas (formerly Project Destiny Lubbock). Sheryl is passionate about Heritage House to provide resources pregnant women in our city need to carry, deliver, and mother their babies.
Jill Heflin
Council Member
Jill is married to her husband, Todd, and they have been married for 24 years. Jill has three children - Tori (28), Jaxon (22), and Kendyl (17). She also has two grandchildren, Isla and Luca who keep her busy! Jill has served in various ministry roles in our community over the years. Most recently, she served as the Local Missions Director at Experience Life Church from 2007-2017. Jill also led a citywide Foster Care and Adoption ministry called One Heart from 2013-2017. After hearing Jenny's story, and having experienced an unplanned pregnancy herself at age 19, Jill knew immediately that she wanted to serve at Heritage House. Jill has always had a heart for young adults, especially those who are experiencing hardships or who don't have the security of having a solid support system. She has mentored many young women throughout her life and has a passion for reaching the broken, hurting, and most vulnerable in our society.
Kelly Miller
Council Member
Kelly has a BBA in Accounting and Petroleum Land Management from Texas Tech University. She has various work experiences through the years including retail and real estate, and currently works at Malouf’s Fine Apparel. Kelly has three children - Cody and his wife Ashley, Macy and her husband Dylan, and Cory and his wife Emily. Kelly also has five grandchildren - Aiden, Wyatt, Maeve, Palmer, and Arya. Kelly and Jenny met through a local organization. After they connected, Kelly felt led to serve women in our community through Heritage House.
Ellen Camper
Council Member
Ellen graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a bachelors degree in Organizational Communication and a Senior Human Resource Professional certification. Ellen has over 14 years of experience in diverse industries, and particularly specializes in mitigating risk for organizations by reviewing laws, terminations, and working with legal counsel. Ellen is passionate about serving through Heritage House because of the ministry and comfort it provides to residents.
